Description

This display case has been designed to fit a 1:18 scale model car, but please check your sizes very carefully, it will not necessarily fit all cars, as they can come in different sizes.

The bottom section of acrylic is slightly larger than the outside size of the display case cover so the display cover sits on top of it, whereas the top part of the base is slightly smaller than the inside size of the display case, so it sits inside the display cover and stops the display cover from being knocked off.
The two pieces of the base are held together (and apart by about 13mm) by machined stainless steel supports in each corner.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to.

I have no hesitation in recommending these display cases.
Everything was delivered in a secure and well packaged box, although the envelope containing the plaque was a little overkill. This case is not cheap but its quality compliments the model.
The model, Nigel Mansell’s signed Williams FW14 F1 car, is being shown off to its best.
