The manufacturer of the baize covering we have been using for our wooden bases display cases has discontinued the range, this has meant that we have had to source a new supplier, we have found a new supplier but the colours are not exactly the same. For the time being we have all old colours available except the black, the new black baize is more of a jet black, than a charcoal black as previously supplied.
Below is a photo to show the difference in colour. The colours are not exact due to camera and lighting, but you can see the new black is much darker.
If you are ordering and would like one of the new colours instead of the old discontinued range then please contact us before ordering.
The new colours (apart from the black) are a crushed velvet effect, so not a matt finish. We will produce better images in the near future.
