This custom sized acrylic display cover is made to order using clear acrylic and your chosen internal dimensions. It suits customers who want to use their own base or prefer a cover-only display solution.The cover is manufactured as a single, seamless piece. As a result, it lifts on and off easily while still protecting your display from dust and UV light. You can choose between different acrylic thicknesses, with the 5mm option suitable for larger covers.

Size information (important)
Please note that the sizes you enter refer to the internal display area of the acrylic cover.
- If you choose 3mm acrylic, the external width and depth will be approximately 6mm larger.
- If you choose 5mm acrylic, the external width and depth will be approximately 10mm larger.
- The external height will be greater than the internal height by roughly the thickness of the acrylic used.
Always allow enough clearance when measuring your display item.

Our covers supplied without a base are made exactly the same as the covers that come with a base, these are ideal if you want the practical benefits of protection from UV light, dust, handling damage etc, but do not want a base, or maybe you just want to make your own base.
Frameless Acrylic Cover
The clear acrylic cover is supplied as a single, frameless piece, offering uninterrupted visibility from all angles while allowing natural light to illuminate your display without obstruction.
Precision Fabrication
The acrylic cover is formed from a single sheet with two thermoformed bends to create the front, top and back panels, with the side panels securely bonded onto it and polished to achieve a smooth, professional finish.
UV Protection
The acrylic used blocks over 90% of UV light, helping to reduce fading and preserve the condition of your displayed item over time. Nevertheless we do not recommend leaving your display in direct sunlight.
Dust & Handling Protection
The cover protects against dust, airborne contaminants and handling, helping to keep your displayed item in pristine condition.

Absolutely perfect case cover for my clock. I was worried that it may end up being a millimetre or so out but it fits superbly and my clock will now be dust free at last. We are going to make some sort of handle for it since it has to be lifted off on a daily basis when the clock is running. Over the last two years LasAcryl have made me nine cases. Five are shown in these photos. This is a set of 1:350 scale warships. Another two warships will soon be made to complete the set. All cases have been made as ordered and always delivered on time. The biggest killer of a good model is DUST…! These cases are not the cheapest, but they are the best. All good things cost more.
