Acrylic display box with recessed base
This acrylic display box features a solid base made from a single sheet of 5mm clear acrylic. You can choose from a range of base colours to suit your display. A precision-cut rebate runs around the edge of the base, creating a secure lip that holds the clear cover neatly in place.
The clear cover is manufactured from 3mm polished acrylic and finished on all edges for a clean, professional look. It offers excellent visibility while protecting your display from dust and handling.
Flexible rubber feet
This display box includes four rubber feet, supplied loose so you can position them where you need them. This gives you two practical display options:
- Fit the feet to the base for use as a traditional display case
- Fit the feet to the cover to use it upside down as a container with a removable lid
Important sizing information
All sizes you enter refer to the internal dimensions of the display cover. The external size of the finished display case will be larger.
- Width and depth increase by approximately 6mm (¼”)
- Overall height increases by approximately 6mm
For best results, measure your item carefully before ordering. We recommend allowing at least 25mm clearance all round. This means adding 50mm to the width and depth and 25mm to the height of your item.

This is the first time I have bought a custom size case so I was not too sure about the quality, fit or how delivery would go considering the price. The case arrived sooner than expected and packed real well. No chance of damage, in an oversize strong box and extra cardboard inside to keep everything in place. The case itself is good quality. Lid and base fit great with no warping. Crystal clear and neatly manufactured. To say mine is 3mm thick acrylic and 600mm by 420mm it is a very sturdy top. I will have this on a shelf with scale models inside, go with the thicker base if you are putting heavy things inside and have to carry it about at some point. Pleased with my purchase, better than expected. Would buy again or recommend. Spot on!
Beautifully made, delivered on time
For this size of case the 3mm perspex is too thin. Neds to be 4mm. Ditto for the base.
