It takes just 9 simple steps to get a custom display case!

1. Quote. Visit our custom display case calculator page Custom Display Cases . If you get stuck there is a help button at the top of every page, and also a back button if you want to go back and change anything.

2. Select Measurement Unit. Just select whether you would like to enter your sizes in mm, cm or in inches, it doesn't get any easier!

3. Enter Your Sizes. The sizes you enter will be the inside display area of the display case, so you only need to work out how big your displayed item is and add some clearance to it. There is a dimension diagram to show which sizes to enter.

4. Click Calculate Costs and Options! Click "Calculate Costs and Options" to show the available styles of display case available in your sizes, this will show you which display cases are available.

5. Select Display Case. Select which of the display case styles you would like, the price of each is shown as well.

7. Select Display Case Options. You will then be shown more images and a description of the display case you have chosen, some display cases will have further customisation options and some do not. If your display case has further options just tivk the boxes of the options you would like.
Also at the bottom of the screen you will be shown similar display cases that are available from stock, which may be cheaper.

8. Add to Cart. Then if you are happy with everything you can select "Add to Cart", This will add the display case to your shopping cart.

9. Checkout! Proceed through the checkout procedure as for a normal product.

To work out how long it will take to receive the display case you need to add together the following:

• Time it takes us to ship your display case- This time varies with each display case and is always listed on the product page. If you buy more than one product then the time will be the slowest of the products chosen.
• Time it takes for the delivery company to deliver your display case- This depends on the delivery method chosen, and the day of the week (some delivery companies we use do not work on weekends).

If you need a quicker delivery than the time shown on the website then please contact us before ordering, we may be able to speed things up. This will depend on our current workload and the display case(s) ordered.

This is extremely unlikely, but it does happen very occasionally, if this happens to your display case then please contact us by email and we will arrange for it to be collected and replaced free of charge. We will need you to send a photo of the damage and of the packaging. If when you receive the display case the packaging has obvious damage then please sign for the parcel as damaged.

For your convenience we offer Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, and you can also pay by Cheque or BACS. No matter which way you decide to go, it is always simple and under strict secure transactions protocol! If you'd like to use another payment method, please contact us.

If you are a company and you do not have a credit card then please order through the website and select payment by cheque, you will then get an email confirmation with details of who to make a cheque out to, and our bank details in case you want to pay by BACS.
If you are paying by BACS please contact us and let us know the amount paid and also the order number it is for.

We sell to both trade and public, but all orders must be paid for at time of order, we cannot offer trade credit terms.
